uv999 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise. These definitions are provided to ensure clarity and consistency in the interpretation of all clauses of this agreement between uv999 and its registered players.

"Platform" or "uv999"

Refers to the online casino and sports betting website operated at uv999.app, including all games, sportsbook markets, promotional features, payment interfaces, and support services accessible through that domain.

"Player", "you", "your"

Refers to any individual who has registered a uv999 account and/or accesses the Platform for the purpose of gaming, betting, or any other activity offered thereon.

"Account"

Refers to the unique, personal, and non-transferable account created by a Player upon completing the registration process on uv999.app, through which the Player accesses all Platform services and manages their BDT wallet balance.

"BDT" or "Taka"

Refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which all uv999 account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus amounts are denominated.

"Bonus"

Refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, reload offer, or other incentive granted by uv999 to a Player, subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions as communicated at the time of the offer.

"Wagering Requirement"

Refers to the minimum total amount a Player must wager — calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount, deposit amount, or combined sum — before any bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer)

Refers to the identity verification process required by uv999 before processing any withdrawal request, including submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID) or other acceptable government-issued identification document.

If a Player is found to have misrepresented their age during registration, their account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds may be withheld pending review in accordance with applicable procedures. uv999 cooperates fully with any relevant authority investigating underage gambling incidents.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or deliberately incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles uv999 to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice and without liability to you.

Account Security Obligations

uv999 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, provided that uv999's own systems have not been compromised.

KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, uv999 requires Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process involves submitting a clear copy of a valid government-issued identification document — typically the Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — along with any additional documents reasonably requested by the uv999 compliance team. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to uv999's satisfaction.

Deposits

All deposited funds must be used for gaming activity on the Platform. uv999 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds if any transaction is flagged as potentially suspicious, unusually large, or inconsistent with your stated account profile.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your verified available balance.
• Your account is in good standing with no active fraud investigation or security review.

Prohibited Payment Conduct

You must not deposit funds from payment methods that are not registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — are not permitted and may result in account suspension. Any attempt to use uv999's deposit infrastructure for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and will result in immediate permanent account closure with forfeiture of all funds.

uv999 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time they are offered, and to the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all bonuses credited to a uv999 account are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), time limits, and any per-game contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion's individual terms page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these requirements before activating any bonus.

Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may be claimed once per eligible individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value independent of the wagering requirement being met.

General Gaming Rules

• Once a bet or wager has been placed and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player. This applies to all casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game error occurring mid-round or mid-session, uv999's internal game logs constitute the authoritative record. Disputed outcomes are assessed against these logs, and uv999's decision is final subject to the escalation process described in these Terms.

Sports Betting Specific Rules

uv999's sportsbook covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, basketball, volleyball, and tennis. The following additional rules apply to sports betting:

• All cricket and sports betting markets are offered in BDT with real-time odds updated on Bangladesh Standard Time.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared a no-result after commencement, uv999 will settle affected markets in accordance with the applicable sport's official governing body rules and the specific market's stated settlement terms.
• Live (in-play) betting odds are subject to rapid change. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the system at a specific price, that price is locked. Requests to cancel in-play bets after placement are not accepted under any circumstances.
• Any attempt to exploit latency in live odds feeds — commonly known as "arbing" — is prohibited and may result in bet voidance and account review.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uv999 platform. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal information, device, IP address, payment method, or mobile number.
• Providing false, fabricated, or otherwise misleading information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner that simulates or replaces human decision-making.
• Colluding with other players — whether at live dealer tables, in poker rooms, or in any other game format — to gain a systematic advantage over the house or other participants.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate artificial winnings. Players who identify a technical error are required to cease play immediately and notify uv999 at [email protected].
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including making deposits with no genuine intention to wager, or making structurally unusual deposits and withdrawals for the purpose of fund movement rather than gaming activity.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or reverse-engineer any part of uv999's back-end systems, APIs, odds feeds, or game servers.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment — commercial resale of gaming access, referral scheme manipulation, or organised professional syndicate betting without prior written authorisation from uv999 are all prohibited.

uv999 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity, betting patterns, and financial transactions in real time. Players suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct may have their accounts suspended without notice pending investigation. During any investigation, access to account funds may be temporarily withheld. uv999's determinations in fraud investigations are final, subject only to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

uv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, fraudulent activity, or provision of false information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request or compliance inquiry.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
• The Player is found or reasonably suspected to be under 18 years of age.
• The Player has previously been self-excluded and is attempting to circumvent that exclusion by registering a new account.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to any applicable dormant account policy communicated to the Player.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their uv999 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's nominated payment method, subject to KYC verification and the satisfaction of any active wagering requirements. Active bonus funds with unsatisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uv999 excludes all liability for:

• Any losses — including direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses — arising from your use of or inability to access the uv999 platform, including losses resulting from technical faults, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond uv999's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from any gaming or betting activity conducted on the Platform, including losses resulting from decisions made on the basis of information displayed on the Platform that was subject to technical error.
• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss arising from account suspension, bonus disqualification, or any other administrative action taken by uv999 in accordance with these Terms.
• The conduct, content, or availability of any third-party game provider, payment processor, or other external service integrated with the uv999 platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits uv999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, nor for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by uv999, nor for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The uv999 platform and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. uv999 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or accuracy of information displayed, except where such warranties are implied by law and cannot be excluded.

You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that uv999 bears no responsibility for any financial losses you sustain as a result of voluntary gaming or betting activity on the Platform. You represent that you are gambling with discretionary funds that you can afford to lose, and that you understand the house edge applicable to the games you choose to play.

uv999 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable law and regulation, changes in platform functionality, the introduction of new products or services, updated responsible gaming requirements, or any other operational necessity.

When material changes are made to these Terms, uv999 will communicate the update to registered Players via a notification displayed on the Platform and/or via the email address associated with the Player's account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the uv999 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Clause 8.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English, which is the sole governing language for the purposes of interpretation and any dispute resolution. In the event that these Terms are translated into any other language for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of discrepancy or ambiguity.
